All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
All orders received after 2:00 p.m. will ship the following day.
Orders received on Friday after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed for shipping until Monday.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
Every attempt has been made to represent the colors of the fabrics, however due to the nature of digital imaging and our inability to control color setup of
individual monitor controls, all of our returns due to incorrect ordering of color are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.
Carefully examine your order for any color or design imperfections.
Damaged or defective products will be replaced. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 15 days (not business days) from receipt of shipment.
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If you would like to return a product, you must call 1-310-379-3337, for return authorization and a credit to your account.
ORDERING:
We cut all of the fabrics to order, however some smaller quantities may be pre-cut and will be sold As-Is.
On occasion we may have the yardage requested, however it could be in multiple pieces. In the event that we do not have a full continuous length of the fabric ordered, every attempt will
be made to contact the requester. However, if after 3 attempts we do not receive a response we will ship the yardage ordered.
